Waterman provide a corporate environmental legal register, and this is available to all Tata operations and staff.
The Portfolio Manager feature allows each operational site to be assigned their own specific legal register and compliance with the applicable legislation is determined through annual reviews.
The Greenspace Portfolio Manager function allows the Tata Steel Environment and Sustainability Manager to keep abreast of the legal and other requirements that is applicable to the company’s UK operation with annual reviews allowing further detailed understanding of the applicability and compliance with these compliance obligations at an operational site level
