The Health and Safety Legal Register is a vital and integral part of our health and safety management system. It is necessary to maintain an up-to-date register in order to retain our certification.
The Legal Register displays all Health and Safety legislation and other requirements that are applicable to our activities and lists significant forthcoming legislation that we should monitor for future developments.
In addition, the Legal Register indicates how this legislation and other requirements affect us and our level of compliance.
The register is kept up to date through annual site visits and monthly email updates from Waterman Group. The Kidde administrator also has access to update our applicability and compliance sections so that the register remains up to date with developments at our site.
