Consideration for the environment is an essential aspect of our business operations and, as such, we are working to continuously improve our performance in this area. This is a password protected website that allows all staff and selected stakeholders access to view our Environmental Legal Register and other, selected environmental management system (EMS) documentation. The Environmental Legal Register is a vital and integral part of our ISO14001-accredited environmental management system. It is necessary to maintain an up-to-date register in order to retain our certification. The Legal Register displays all environmental legislation and other requirements that are applicable to our activities and lists significant forthcoming legislation that we should monitor for future developments. In addition, the Legal Register indicates how this legislation and other requirements affect us and our level of compliance. The register is kept up to date through annual site visits and monthly email updates from Waterman Energy Environment and Design. The Accenture administrator also has access to update our applicability and compliance sections so that the register remains up to date with developments at our site.
